Robert hadn't shown any interest in politics until recently. In February this year, he said that he may join politics if people want him to. However, when Priyanka was asked if Robert would join politics, she said he was a successful business and not intersted in Politics
Robert and Priyanka have known eachother since 1993. Some reports say neither Robert's father wasn't keen on the relationship while Sonia also had her reservations. The couple got married in 1997 and they have two children
This is not the first time controversy hit Robert Vadra. Back in 2002, he issued a statement stating that his father Rajinder and brother Richard were using the Gandhi name unduly
